Please note: I had trouble going down to the lobby in the morning due to four factors: [1] the elevators are very slow, [2] one of the few elevators was out of service, [3] there were a large number of construction workers filling the elevators, so the wait for a useable elevator was 10 to 15 minutes (and I had a plane to catch), [4] the stairs do not go the the lobby; they’re only for emergency exit (I tried, and had to climb...

Saliti in camera abbiamo trovato stoviglie sporche davanti alla porta e mancavano le lenzuola del secondo letto. La mattina seguente nonostante informato l'addetto le stoviglie stavano ancora là. Si scopre che lo shuttle dell'albergo lavora a singhiozzo ma nessuno si premura di dirti che gli orari sono ridotti e che al weekend non lo forniscono. Colazione assai scadente. Mancava una mattina persino...
