“The front desk person on the first night we checked in was robotic. The nighttime front desk person was snippy when my daughter asked for an extra roll of toilet paper. The following day the front desk person during the day was friendly and very professional (8/1/26). The room was clean except for the shower which had hair in it. Cleanliness is very important to me so this was quite offensive to me. The main entree at the wedding in the Grand Ballroom Saturday night was absolutely the worst food...

“Honestly was very disappointed with this stay. I wanted to use the pool and jacuzzi but it was not well cleaned and maintained. The room was also not the cleanest and on the first night I woke up to a burning sensation in my belly. It looked like bedbug bites. When I went to the lobby to show them, they didn’t even flinch or offer any apologies or concern. They simply moved me to another room. Did not even offer to comp the night or anything.
