“Nice place”

“We arrived on a Friday evening at about 6 pm. We were given keys for 2 rooms. As we entered the first room we put the key in the toor and found a man sleeping on a bed. He said this was his room . We went back to the main desk. After an explanation and 30 Minutes my traveling partners and I got our rooms. We needed a rollaway cot and when we opened it there was popcorn and other stuff on the sheet We gleaned it up and used it for our 5 yo guest Just checking the bill now , she said we would...

“The coffee pot in room did not work, the halls and room had bad smells abd no aoi in halls, we got stuck on 3rd floor no elevators. I would not stay again, and the price, almost 200.00/night .”

“This hotel was a life saver! We tried to check in at our reserved hotel only to find out that our reservation was canceled due to water damage in the building-no notification. Expedia helped us get checked in here so that we could enjoy our trip.”

“Being on first floor on a soccer tournament weekend it was loud till 11:00 pm and we were woken up at 5:30 am by the noise of kitchen staff doing things for breakfast. Didn’t get much sleep.”

“Although my mom and I experienced no significant issues during our stay at Holiday Inn Convention Center in Stevens Point, we were a little surprised at the minimalism of housekeeping. They'd take used towels and replace with clean ones, but our beds were never "freshened up", like fluffing up the used pillows, tucking in of sheets, etc. We didn't expect a full laundering of bedding like in the old days, but we were a little surprised at the lack of basic bedding maintenance. “Everything was very good except the air conditioner was very, very loud. We had to wear ear plugs. The hotel was completely booked so did nit bother complaining there was no other available room.”

“The towels were thin and not suitable for adult use. Our room smelt musty and the floor was sticky. I don’t believe the sheets were changed from previous use. Usually I don’t leave any reviews. I was disappointed that this was a corporate owned property that was not up to my minimum standards.”
