“Everything was great”

“The bath linens were not cleaned properly and also there was no tissue or even an ironing board available in the room, No Ice was available. The service was not good for the price of the hotel. I was not comfortable and was not happy with the hotel accommodations. The stay was not good for me. ”

“Needed an inexpensive overnight room and it was exactly what we needed. This hotel seems to be an older model; if you’re looking for luxury and modern things, go elsewhere. I did notice some small holes on the curtains along stains from wear and tear inside mini fridge, bathroom and light fixtures… did this ruin my trip? Absolutely not. “Staff wasn't helpful and I was forced to check out because I had no towels none. they would take my dirty towels and left me with no clean ones. I couldn't shower after a long day at work and 3 different occasions I asked and was never accommodated. I had to check out at 9pm because I couldn't get any towels therefore I couldn't shower”

“The staff was nice. However, there had been a fire in the hotel the night before I got there. None of the fire alarms were in working order. And due to the fire, no breakfast was served, even though that was supposed to be part of the price. The bathroom had peeling paint. The floor felt gross. The whole place kind of had a musty smell like the second day they started to repair the fire alarms without letting us know which caused them to go off constantly. “Ho trascorso una settimana a cavallo di Capodanno perchè un mio amico americano abita nei paraggi. L'albergo è in una zona tranquillissima, non certo turistica in sè, non lontana dalla capitale Hartford, ma comunque, come la maggior parte degli Stati Uniti, non è facile girare senza un mezzo di trasporto. Se si ha bisogno di un albergo come punto d'appoggio per poi girare per il Connecticut, è semplicemente ottimo.”
