“Was put on 8th floor and had no hot water - well, I was told that 95 degree water was ok. Asked to be moved to lower floor (closer to the boiler) and was accommodated. Water was still not as hot as I like, but at least warmer than body temperature. Otherwise it was fine. Bed was very comfortable.”

“Patsy was great to work with on some unique needs I had. The location was fantastic, and the property is beautifully kept. Parking is a challenge, especially for larger vehicles.”

“Most amazing staff, especially to Amparo. I definitely recommend this place. Delicious food and I loved Social Hour.”
