“We were booked to stay 1 evening. Once we returned from our outing, and were heading to bed, we heard a dog barking, someone left him alone- that’s another story that I will not get into- but it was quite disruptive as you can imagine. I went down to the reception desk where the lady (wish I got her name) was extremely helpful. She relocated us to a different floor where there was quiet. The hotel itself is quite nice, newly renovated and the beds are very comfy. Definitely would recommend! ”

“I had a room with a kitchenette. Walking to my room they have a light brown carpet and it didn’t have a stain anywhere. Room was immaculate, windows open. Nice size fridge, dishwasher and about 3’ of counter. Nice soft sheets, all white even the comforter. Again no stains on the carpet. The grounds are beautiful. They have a retirement residence on the property and they have their own raised gardens. I talked with one lady one day. I seen them walking their dogs and were always very friendly. I...

“Super cute and spacious rooms. Modern. I loved it. The lobby is nice too. Bed is comfortable. Bath didn’t work but shower was nice. Staff was not bothered and did not offer to look into issue with the bath. ”

“Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. Gated underground parking was very nice, it is first come first served. TV in room didn't work. Breakfast options included cereal, instant oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, tea, coffee, juices. Fitness center was spacious but minimally equipped - treadmill, elliptical, dumbells to 30 lbs. There are a lot of homeless folks in the area and people were openly using drugs...

“Everything about our visit was amazing. There is really only one complaint, brought my grand daughter to london for the air show, shes 8, she was looking so forward to the water slide at the pool, only to find out it only runs on the weekends. Don't understand why. Other than that the place was very nice, very clean, and beautiful scenery to enjoy. ”

“Spacious, clean, quiet suite in good condition. The room had a small kitchen with microwave and fridge. There's an onsite pool, small fitness room with free weights and some exercise machines. Nice breakfast included with the room. Hot and cold choices. Healthy selections as well. Overall a very nice stay.”
