Case in affitto a Upper Colorado River Scenic Byway

“Zipper broke for the tents and so we had to stay elsewhere, they were understandable but communication with the business was difficult and unclear. They will only communicate through text and said the morning after they would have a refund started but then said we needed to wait until that Monday. Come that Monday morning then said we had to go through Expedia and so refunding through Expedia has been tedious because they wont communicate through email or answer phone calls that Expedia sends....

“The place was clean and comfortable. We didn’t cook, but having a kitchen and multiple seating options was great. We didn’t use the backyard or hot tub, but both were available if we had wanted. It was very convenient to both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, the reason for our stay. I would recommend to others and stay again if in the area.”

“Very luxurious unit. High end amenities and community. Would recommend it.”

“A pleasant stay with plenty of space, full kitchen, cozy beds, spacious master bath, appreciated the garage and patio space, quiet location. The pool and hot tub area was nice.”

“I would rate this a 4.5 if we could use ½ stars. This place was nice and had everything you expect from a good Vrbo rental. They desperately need a new mattress!”

“This place is amazing, well located and a gorg hot tub view. The mattresses need to be updated, it’s clear this has been a rental for quite some time and the spring mattresses (including the owners suite bed) squeak, to the point that we had to utilize separate sleeping arrangements in order to get rest. There are also dead bugs in the framed wall hanging artwork in the owners suite, pretty gross. A deep cleaning of this unit would deffo be beneficial. ”
