“The place was fantastic! I truly enjoyed the stay. The room was spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. My only issue was being having to wait in the middle of my check-in so that staff member could answer a phone call about a potential stay of another guest.”

“This hotel is run how a hotel should be. All staff I encountered are attentive and kind. The whole place is spotless, except for dated carpet in stairwell and rooms. Other than that, perfect . Soft towels, clean room, good breakfast with healthy options (plain oatmeal, hard boiled eggs) as well as usual offerings.”

I sent an email to the property through Expedia and I explained our situation. Someone from the property looked into the problem and contacted me very shortly after I sent the email (it had to be less than 30 minutes)!
