“The whole experience was excellent . The breakfast was top notch. Available mint lemon water/ coffees/ tea and hot chocolate was appreciated . The staff were all excellent. The location was great for us, nearby pub/ bars , and restaurants in walking distance. The walk to the Carnival was as expected, it’s bit physical but so picturesque . We really enjoyed the room , spacious, and all amenities were high end . ”

The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the gym and sauna of very high quality and the service was truly exceptional. The concierge was genuinely helpful when we needed to book a round trip ride a remote destination. The buffet breakfast in the morning is the best there is. La reception è piuttosto fredda: vedono i passaporti italiani, saremmo potuti essere reduci da 12 ore di volo e nessuno ci chiede se stiamo bene, se il viaggio è andato bene ecc... La receptionist ci spiega il funzionamento della tessera con cui poter riempire i calici di vino in reception con un'enfasi tale da far credere che ce lo stia regalando.
