Hotel con bar a Upstate New York

“Room not very clean found two types of bugs in our room. Was told hotel was totally sold out and we couldn’t extend our stay and it wasn’t sold out. Then Expedia said there were rooms but I would have to do a new order and get yet another hotel mandated card hold. The breakfast was also terrible and when your family is facing something terrible, this was the last thing we needed”

“Very nice property and the breakfast was a great way to begin the day! Highly recommend this property. Only complaint was having to pay $16.20/night for parking.”

“I was visiting family and thought the Fayettevile location was suitable. My 3 night reservation was for a king suite with kitchenette and living room. Upon check in, the room was smaller than website info, no door on the bedroom (open to sitting room) and air conditioning full blast @ 62°. Front desk gave me another room that I was expecting. Seems there's long term renters in this side of building and dogs can stay in any room -- one has found a skunk apparently. Outside terrace restaurant...

“We arrived and the staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful! We went in the pool later that day and it was extremely clean and a staff member came in to help us turn on the hot tub and to double check that we had enough towels. Breakfast was great. It was a typical hotel breakfast so nothing super special but great for the price that you’re paying for the hotel.”
