“The view of the vineyards and lake were beautiful from our room and patio. A bottle of wine and tasting were included with the booking. Although the restaurant was closed being a Monday, they offered a continental breakfast. Its so close to beautiful Watkins Glen as well that it makes for a perfect location to all the area offers.”

“Everything about the hotel was very nice. Ate breakfast this morning and the waitress was rude. Said she was very busy to bring us more coffee. There were 6 of us and the gratuity was added. She was not worthy of it. Rolled her eyes at one person in our party. The restaurant was not that busy. Maybe 5 tables beside ours. Two people at each table. ”

“This was a great place for my extended family to gather. There are two spacious common rooms. It’s in a beautiful location. I love the rooms with the two sets of queen bunkbeds. It feels like home away from home.”

“Quick, polite check in, with good review of parking and policies, led to great stay. Ideal location on waterfront with fantastic views of river, Boldt Castle and many other islands. Right next to Uncle Sam Boat Tours/taxi to Boldt (highly recommend) and Blu Anchor bar/grill (good food and drink). Easy walk up James St to shops and more "pitstops". Note: Alex Bay is a summer season tour town. Many bars, restaurants close down by late Sept. Room was clean, well equipped, spacious and comfortable....

“Would have preferred a sink that you could put toiletries on. Shower wasn’t easy to step into other than bathroom, room was very comfortable, especially the beds”
