“We had a couple issues with our room and the staff was incredibly quick and thorough in helping us get them solved. Really appreciated them during a snowy weekend!”

“When booking the room, the cleaning service is indicated daily. In reality we discovered that the room cleaning service is carried out once every 3 days and in the last 5 days of our stay it was never carried out. For this reason the judgment can only be poor.”

“Comforter with stained front desk, staff was very rude. There was ice fell over in the parking lot at the point slipped a few times. Very loud! One of the worse hotel stays I’ve ever had but I love the area ”
