Ranch a Upstate New York

“Hotel was clean, had pretty Catskills Mountains views, and fire pits, pool and sauna. Staff was helpful.”

“Accogliente e comodo anche se solo per una notte.”

“From the minute I checked in with a rude clerk, I was not at all impressed by this property. The room (303) needs to be painted as there are lots of patches. The front desk NEVER answered the phone. It constantly rang busy so I had to go down to the Lobby to report I needed towels the next day. Also, there were cleaning supplies next to the food in the breakfast area and no one attending to the empty trays, etc., on a regular basis. I found it most disrespectful that the front desk staff didn't...

“Unfortunately the buffet was being remodeled and unavailable which was very disappointing. I feel that it should have been communicated to us at least upon arrival and some concessions should have been made. Also the common areas were littered with empty drink cups and full ashtrays that were there upon arrival and still there when we checked out.”

“Awesome place. Highly recommended”

“Camera grande e abbastanza pulita.”

“Molto pulito, camera spaziosa, due letti queen molto comodi. Possibilità di parcheggio che abbiamo sfruttato (a pagamento) molto utile. Possibilità di colazione che non abbiamo sfruttato perchè l'albergo è situato a pochi passi da tante caffetterie e locali. posizione molto comoda per vedere le cascate del Niagara. Struttura consigliata.”

“Ottimo in tutto”
