“We paid, as you can see. We turned up around an hour after booking to check in. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. This other member of staff then told us they didnt realise...

The owners were super helpful in terms of their communication ahead of our booking, as well as in answering all of our questions in the build up. The cooked breakfast in the morning was amazing and we really appreciated their friendliness and their suggestions for things to do in the nearby area. “Everything about our stay was excellent. The accommodation was warm, spotlessly clean and the twin beds very comfortable. The room itself was the smallest in the house but we found it more than adequate and were very happy with the space. Our hosts were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel very welcome. The guesthouse is conveniently situated on the main bus route into the city so, as we did not have a car, there wasn't a problem getting out and...
