“This is a convenient and nice place to stay when coming to the Surprise area. I visit my mother off and on and always stay there because it's spacious, convenient and reasonably priced. The staff is always nice. I have to add an anecdote here. The only elevator broke when I was visiting this time. It was fixed almost immediately. That's what I call maintaining a property. The room was iffy, kind of dirty, there wasn't batteries in the Carbon Dioxide detector and so we had to use our own. There was a clicking sound that kept happening in the room that was kind of suspicious but over all if you're exhausted and need to rest this was an okay stay.”

“The location was great - across the street from a shopping center. It wasn't quite walkable though. We did book Top Golf which is a 6/7 minute drive and was quite reasonably priced and so much fun for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Didn't quite make the sun for the pool - too shady but didn't get there until 5 or so. The place was great overall! ”

“My stay at Echo Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham was disappointing. The hotel feels very impersonal, and the overall concept is confusing—almost “Carvana-like,” which didn’t feel welcoming. There was barely someone at the front desk during check-in, and with no lobby area, it felt cold and uninviting.
