“Let's start by saying the ad says full house which was needed for work purposes. Booked last min, my fault on that. Texted back and forth after booking about the split house with 1st and second floor accommodations which are buried in the ad. I asked for a cancelation and they said sure, but you won't get a refund now that you book. Mind you this was less than 24hrs of bookings. Went back and forth about them having to talk to the team about a refund. Waited a while, texted back a week or so...

“Claire's VRBO home - Tiger Cove - was perfect for mine and my daughter's girls trip! The pull out was firm enough for my daughter's back pain, and the king sized bed was perfect to spread out in! The laundry in the basement was very convenient. There are tags everywhere for ease of stay. Would book again if I'm in Des Moines! 5 stars! ”

“The house was clean but 2 things just removed this from my list of locations I would return to. 1. The address is incorrect. They gave us the address to the house next store. Not a nice experience when I opened up the door to see someone was living there. They were very nice about the intrusion and had said we were not the first to show up at their house not the rental next door. 2. The beds were very uncomfortable. I think that is job 1 for a rental. Good mattress. Hope there are some...
