During my stay, the bathroom, bed sheets, and several areas around the property were dirty and not well maintained. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. “The air conditioner in my room was fine. I wouldn’t say it was ice cold, but it didn’t feel stuffy or sticky.
As for the water terrible during my stay, I had to change rooms because the showerhead was leaking water onto the floor and water during my showers were room temperature at its best. When I did change rooms, it was the exact same thing with the water, temp and showerhead. It may have been. The floor I was on ”

“Las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes, pero lastimosamente la relación precio/calidad no está bien, muy costoso para tantos inconvenientes que tuvimos; les faltan insumos para que la estadía sea agradable, no tenían toallas, las sábanas no eran del tamaño de las camas (eran más pequeñas), no había suficiente bebida (cerveza) si querías estar en el bar, el restaurante tampoco contaba con comida para pedir a la carta.
Tuvimos muchísimo inconvenientes con nuestra estadía, se fue el agua...
