“It was a great stay. The staff was very helpful when we needed them. Traveled here with our baseball team and the boys really enjoyed themselves!”

“The room was clean however the air conditioning was not working in one of our rooms and we had to be moved to another room away from the rest of the family. The other room the tv was so dim that we couldn’t see anything. Also, there was a traveling baseball team so the jacuzzi was not available to other guests due to the numbers of youth that were in the jacuzzi/pool area. Also, I had reserved these rooms in February and they were given to someone else before we arrived. Supposedly...

“Requested an early check in a day in advance. Was told 1:30 "would not be a problem" and room was not ready until 3:30. Breakfast area could not accommodate the number of guests there. Shower drain was plugged, left you in inches of standing water.”

“There were bugs flying around in the room…. For what we paid it was not worth the under promised conditions… I would not recommend to anyone!!!”

“Hot tub was not heating and did not get hot until an hour before they close the pool area. Found food left from a previous guest in our room. Strange smell in hallway. And there was mold on the wall in the bathroom in our room.”

“I've stayed here a handful of times now when I come into town for business. It used to be really clean and very nice, but over the past few years its gone downhill a little bit. Its still pretty clean, but needs to be updated and is not as nice as it used to be overall.”

“The beds really weren’t that comfortable and the fire alarm started going off at 8am when a kid pulled the alarm and the staff couldn’t figure out how to get it shut off right according to The front desk. The shower head leaked bad causing horrible water pressure”
