“I never got to check in. There was zero staff present nor did they pick up the phone the numerous times I called and when I was standing in the Lobby. ”

“Loved this place! The sunshine and warmth in the solarium made me feel like we left the Midwest for spring break! The seating around the pool and pool and ping pong tables were nice when the kids wanted a break from the pool. Our room was clean and the coffee machine in the lobby was an added bonus. ”

“The pool was icy cold. The shower was a just little bit warm almost cold. Foam plates are not acceptable for hot breakfast food. The door key worked after 5-8 attempts. Breakfast didn’t have any meat. The room didn’t have closet or hangers for jackets.”

“The breakfast was awesome! The pool was freezing, and the hot tub was broken. The front desk staff were wonderful! They were experiencing technical difficulties because a storm took out the phone and internet, so they didn’t know if rooms were reserved, already rented, or available. They had to go back to pen and paper. ”

“Summary: Won’t be back and I highly recommend you give it a miss on a $5 day (if the waterpark is open- make sure to check their calendar on their website). Good: Our room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great. Bad: The waterpark itself is in dire need of updating (their social media says this will happen in fall 2026). It also seems that like the amenities are severely undersized- there were 50+ people waiting in line at breakfast, nowhere to sit, the lobby was packed as soon as...
