“The room was clean however the air conditioning was not working in one of our rooms and we had to be moved to another room away from the rest of the family. The other room the tv was so dim that we couldn’t see anything. Also, there was a traveling baseball team so the jacuzzi was not available to other guests due to the numbers of youth that were in the jacuzzi/pool area. “First of all in the elevator there is a hand written sign that says" When you get to your desired floor HOLD the door open button so the door will open". Then the elevator doesn't stop even with the floor and my first step out was face first on the floor as the elevator stopped about 3 inches above the floor.
