The floor has never been cleaned in 4 days, when I arrived there was dirt on the bathroom floor and there it stayed the whole duration of the stay.
Also, the fixed shower head… can you not update to a flexible one? I know you are not used to bidet but that would be all people would need in order to avoid taking 2 showers a day, consuming tons of water.
I Did not buy the breakfast so i can’t judge on that, but I had to pay to leave the luggage on the last day (it’s 1 pound, but still…this have never happened before anywhere I travelled) "
"La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, vicina alle maggiori attrazioni della città, davanti alla fermata dei bus (compreso quello da/per l'aeroporto) e con un supermercato (Tesco Express) vicinissimo. Posizionato alla fine di Princess Street permette di muoversi a piedi sia nella Old Town che nella New Town.
I rumori della strada principale su cui si affacciava la nostra stanza (al terzo piano) erano ben schermati da un doppio infisso. La camera di dimensioni accettabili era ben pulita con la disponibilità di asciugacapelli e asse/ferro da stiro, bollitore e qualche bustina di infusi (caffè e tè). Il bagno pulito e fornito dell'occorrente e di dispenser (bene per l'ecosostenibilità!).
Mancava di un frigo bar dove riporre eventualmente qualcosa da mantenere al fresco (bibite, yogurt, alimenti dal supermercato...), ma anche a Glasgow in hotel di analoga qualità non era presente.
Personale accogliente e gentile che, verificata la nostra poca scioltezza nel parlare in inglese, ci ha aiutati nella comprensione parlando più piano e scandendo le parole il più possibile.
Ottima la possibilità (gratuita) di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out: per noi che avevamo il volo di rientro in serata è stato fondamentale per avere quasi un altro giorno per visitare la città senza il disagio di portarci dietro i bagagli

"Perfectly located on Princes st right between Scott monument and Waverley station. Unfortunately is an ancient building, so you have to climb first flight of stairs to get to reception (no lift) then you can reach your room via lift but through narrow corridors (unsuitable with huge and heavy luggages).
Room is very clean and bed very comfy but walls are paper thin! I could hear people chatting loud, slamming doors and thumping on the floor when entering their room. On the other hand they could hear me talking on the phone inside my room! (but they didn't apologize for the noise they made earlier)

Colazione normale con tutto il necessario per uscire dal tavolo pieno.
