“This a perfect hotel if you want to be in the new town and are a close walk to everything. The hotel does require you to be able to use technology to check in but each room has everything you will need. The lounge was filled with a coffee bar and fresh pastries and place to rest. The room just felt cozy but professional.”

“A really lovely find in central Edinburgh. An excellent room, very clean and good amenities. Right by the tram so very easy to get to from the airport. I'd definitely stay there again.”

“Beautiful and cosy place just few steps away from the center. The atmosphere is exactly what you are expecting from a Scottish Hotel. Unfortunately for 2nights we had some problems with the heating and the noise the radiator was making. After the first night, when I showed the reception our concern, they told us that someone would have fixed it. None did. After the second night, at the check out I expressed again our concern and disappointment. The person at the desk checked what was not done....

L'appartamento era molto spazioso e abbastanza ben fornito (stoviglie e pentolame sufficiente), all'arrivo era anche abbastanza pulito. Il nostro appartamento affacciava su un vicoletto molto poco frequentato, ma se passa qualcuno che fa rumore o parla a voce alta in camera si sente tutto (una notte abbiamo dovuto sopportare qualche schiamazzo). “Beautiful hotel with small but perfectly formed rooms. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the castle which was tiny but lovely. The bar area is fantastic and the Whisky Bar was our downfall (thanks to Dario who is an expert!) Will definitely return”
