The apartment is located in Ustronie Morskie, in the new ''Słoneczne Apartamenty'' housing estate at Polna Street. The facility impresses with its modern look and offer. It is an ideal place for families with children because there is a playground on the estate.
Only approx. 1 km from the accommodation there is a descent to a beautiful beach - it's only a 15-minute walk! The city center is located 900m away, where you can fully enjoy the charms of Ustronie Morskie.
The neighborhood is well developed, so there are numerous retail and service outlets and restaurants in the vicinity of the apartment. For fans of active recreation, we also encourage you to visit the Helios Aquapark, which is located approximately 500 m from the apartment. In the gated estate there is also a parking lot where you can leave your car. A parking space is assigned to the apartment.
