Case in affitto a Utica

“House was great. My only suggestion is AC upstairs. It was pretty warm and stuffy. Would def stay here again!”

“Our stay here was extremely disappointing and honestly stressful. From the beginning, the property did not feel safe, which we raised concerns about, but nothing was done to address it. During our stay, our truck was vandalized (egged), which only reinforced the lack of security in the area.To make matters worse, the host was not helpful when issues came up. Communication felt dismissive rather than supportive, especially when we were already uncomfortable. Instead of trying to make things...

“Book it! We thoroughly enjoyed this house. It's very cool and kitschy, like being in a time capsule. Everything was clean and the bed sheets are so soft. There is definitely internet and a tv in the main room. It's an easy short walk to town. It's located right behind a church in a safe neighborhood with a basketball hoop right across the street. If you're looking for cozy, relaxing, affordable and cool - this is it!”

“Unbeatable location and amazingly clean and beautifully decorated property.”

Not exactly a destination, but serves well as a good place to rest and recharge during multi day events in the Columbus area.”

“I'll always say the price was too high on any property I stay at, so don't let that put you off. This is a nicely furnished, well maintained, and very quiet property.”

“As a custom home builder I craft intentional spaces for a living. In my humble opinion this home absolutely hit the mark. The home was well thought out and SO peaceful. I was there to see family, but may go back just to read a book on the day bed in the sunroom. It was surrounded by sliding doors nestled in a canopy of tree tops. Felt like heaven. I don’t remember sleeping that well. Joe and Craig were consummate hosts. We had everything we needed and they were very communicative. 10/10, would...
