“Excellent Customer Service. I suggest the management should considering giving free water bottles. The cost will not be more than few cents per room. Offering water is considered good gesture. Difficult for a customer to check in then if its out of stock at lobby area, go out find a place to buy water bottles. ”

“Wonderful Boutique hotel, in the heart of Main St Newmarket. Great dining on the rooftop and patio, also around the hotel. Fairy Lake nearby is a beautiful leisurely hiking trail. Definitely would recommend away for a nice get-away in the GTA without going to the City or too far!”
