“Ice maker on several floors was broken, the hot tub not in service. The pool looks run down. The room wallpaper falling off the walls and the door in the bathroom floor falling apart. For what I paid for my 5 night stay I was expecting a well kept hotel.”

“At some point the hotel was renovated but hasn't been well kept. Lots of little things like paint chipping and repairs that weren't done properly, For example, The bath tub had work done that wasnt patched up correctly. Our first room had a leak and the staff gave us two different options to move to. The staff was very helpful. The towels are definitely sanitized because they had a heavy bleach smell.”
