Room not clean, no opening window as reported on web site, climate control in room non functional, tv not working on arrival (resolved). Scenic setting, comfortable beds, quality towels. Staff attentive and friendly, grab n go area well stocked.”

“I had reserved a room in the Lodge but without warning was shifted to the Summit Stone Cottage. Not very clean. The bathroom door hit the vanity so it would only open halfway. Had to sneak in sideways. Dumb installation. Not happy.”

Not sure if I just got used to it or if they cleaned it during my stay. Besides those things it was a fine stay. A little overpriced ($140 for a Sunday night) imo.”
