Winter or summer, Linksview Chalet North is the perfect mountain home away from home for outdoor enthusiasts. You’ll feel surrounded by woods yet are just minutes away from the Vail Golf Course and a mere 25 yards to the in-town bus stop that will get you to and from the ski slopes, shops, and restaurants in the village. This four-bedroom duplex sleeps up to 10 guests and has ample space for everyone to spread out across three levels, which includes two living areas and a wrap-around deck with a gas grill for outdoor living.

The light-filled main level has towering cathedral ceilings and large windows all around. It’s perfect for relaxing or entertaining. A wood-burning fireplace warms up the living and dining areas. A stunning gourmet kitchen with professional-grade appliances is a chef’s dream. The kitchen island has four barstools and the dining table seats six.

Indulge in a spa-like experience and a good night’s sleep in the primary bedroom on the upper level. It features a king bed, a wood-burning fireplace, a unique marble soaking tub, a steam shower, and a large walk-in closet and dressing room.

There’s a second king ensuite bedroom with a tub/shower combo in the bathroom. A queen bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Perfect for the kids in the group, a bunk room on the lower level has two sets of twin bunks and uses a hall bathroom. The bunk room is off the lower-level family room with a big-screen TV.

The residence has a large laundry room, boot warmers, and plenty of ski gear storage in the garage. There’s parking for one small car in the garage and one additional vehicle in the driveway.

Linksview Chalet North is a duplex with Linksview Chalet South, which can accommodate 10 more guests. Larger groups can reserve both homes.

SKI/VILLAGE ACCESS
Linksview Chalet North is conveniently located close to the Vail Golf Course (Vail Nordic Center in the winter) and approximately 25 yards from the Town of Vail bus stop. The bus is free and can drop you in Golden Peak, Vail Village or Lionshead Village. You can also drive 1.5 miles to the Vail Parking Structure. Parking fees apply for overnight summer parking and most winter parking.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Colorado's mountain towns are busy with construction each spring, summer, and fall. This home is experiencing disruption from a nearby project. Give us a call to discuss current activity as it ebbs and flows. Rates have been reduced to accommodate inconveniences that may be present.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, from mid-November through mid-April.

In addition, the kitchens are stocked with coffee filters, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
