Booth Falls Retreat, brought to you by Mountain Vacation Lodging, will become your new 'go to' Vail vacation home. An open layout, ample natural sunlight, amazing views, both a kitchen and kitchenette, a private hot tub, 3 decks and multiple living areas are just a few of the reasons why you'll return time and time again. Not to mention the fact that you can bring your dog with you for the trip! Our home has 4 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs, with diverse bedding arrangements. It can work for a group of couples, a single family or multiple families. We are located in a serene area just steps from the trailhead for the Booth Falls hiking trails. For winter guests we are only .3 miles from the free bus stop that will take you anywhere in Vail/Beaver Creek, with the Vail Village parking garage just 3 miles away. If you are traveling with kiddos, we're only .3 miles from one of the greatest parks around, Booth Creek Park. Whichever season it is, as long as you are ok with the free bus system, a car is definitely not necessary.
Main Level (Entry Level): – Mudroom with coat closet – Kitchen with bar seating for 2 & Breakfast Nook with seating for 4 – Dining Room with seating for 8-10 people – Living Room with HDTV, 4 Comfy chairs, 1 Couch for 4 people – Laundry Room – Deck with outdoor dining for 6 and large gas grill – Bathroom #4 with shower, sink and toilet
Upper Level (One flight of stairs up from Main Level): – King Bedroom #1, views of the Vail ski area, Private Balcony, Ensuite Bathroom #1, heated floors, shower, double sinks, toilet – King Bedroom #2, views of the Booth Falls trails area and aspen groves, large walk in closet (can fit a pack'n'play), Ensuite Bathroom #2, shower, double sinks, toilet
Downstairs Level (One flight of stairs down from Main Level): – Living Room with couch and comfy chair, HD SmartTV, table for 3 – Kitchenette with toaster over, coffee maker and fridge – Bar with barstools in between living room and kitchenette – Bedroom #3, King Bed, TV with Roku or Firestick (no cable) – Bedroom #4, Twin over Full Bunk with Twin Trundle, Queen bed – Shared Bathroom #3 with shower, double sinks, toilet
Location: -- Ski Lifts: 3 miles from Vail Village parking structure. – Transportation: The free Vail bus system picks up only .3 miles from the home at the Booth Falls stop. This bus can take guests directly to the slopes, either Vail Village or Lionshead. -- Views: Views from one side of the house look out towards Vail Mountain. The other side of the home has views of beautiful aspen tree groves and the Booth Falls hiking trails area.
Arrival, Access, and Parking: – Accessing the property: From the driveway to the entry for the home there is 1 step. Guests enter on the main level. – Parking: There is parking for up to 4 cars or a single car with a trailer. Please reach out prior to booking if you have a trailer so we can confirm that it will fit in the driveway. One car is able to park in the garage and the other 3 in the driveway. If you need additional parking options, please contact us for more information – 4WD vehicle information: 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions

During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos. ** Pets & Fees - “Pet Friendly” means Dog Friendly only. If a property is pet friendly, then a per pet, per night fee will apply. Some online booking sites, such as VRBO, do not allow us to list the maximum number of pets per property. If you are renting a pet friendly property, and will have more than one dog, please reach out prior to booking to verify if the home will allow more than one dog. Additional fees will apply for more than 1 dog. ** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit.
