The Space:
This family home has three bedrooms:
• A primary bedroom upstairs with a king bed, private balcony, and an attached bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

• Two lower-level bedrooms, each with a private patio and hot tub access, and each with a split-king bed, totaling four twin beds.

• Extra sleeping space with a bunk bed/trundle combo

The main living space has a large sectional couch and a 55" television for family movie nights. The attached kitchen is big enough to fuel your family for the next ski day. Enjoy a private grill and a large dining table with mountain views to accompany your meals.

The lower level has a large private ski storage area with boot heaters and direct walkout access to Lionshead Village along a trail. Warm up after your long day on the slopes inside the steam shower or the hot tub just outside the door.

This home is part of a duplex with ample separation from the adjoining unit. Guests must use the West (411) side of the driveway with the private garage.

Getting Around:
Conveniently located on Beaver Dam Cir in Vail, CO, this property offers easy access to transportation. You'll find one covered garage parking space and two additional spaces in the driveway. A short 2-minute walk takes you to the Eagle Bahn Gondola, providing direct access to the slopes. Alternatively, enjoy a scenic ski trail along Gore Creek to Lionshead Village. For those arriving by air, the property is situated near major transportation hubs, offering various options for seamless travel.

Please note that this is a family home, and we kindly request that guests treat it with respect. We take pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for everyone. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drug use is permitted. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only guests booked through the platform are allowed for overnight stays. Candles and open flames are not allowed. Parking is available in the garage.
