“This property is a great location for Vail. Had some mix up on room but was handled by excellent staff member named Quinn. Averted a very difficult issue/ misunderstanding with our pet being allowed in particular room and Quinn ended up having a great solution.

I am compelled to share this horrific experience to warn other travelers. My two friends and I stayed at The Hythe a "luxury hotel" and had our trip completely ruined by what can only be described as theft by hotel staff and gross negligence by management.
What Happened:
A housekeeper stole our room key from inside our room and returned the following day to steal a $13,000 Rolex watch. After 48 hours of police...
