“Salta all'occhio lo staff numerosissimo ma non sempre all'altezza di una struttura del genere. Sembra un esercito senza un vero comandante! Fastidiosa e' l'insistenza nel lanciare continui messaggi finalizzati alla cosiddetta "mancia". Ottimo il ristorante messicano e quello francese, non altrettanto quello italiano. Più che buona la colazione e il luncheonette a buffet che propone tantissimi piatti gustosi della cucina messicana.”

“this is a new hotel with amazingly furnished rooms. rooms are spacious, felt like a palace! king delux had two full bathrooms too. clean, comfortable and has everything you need for short or long stays. the only minor thing was missing is a balcony would be great to have some, but they only have those in Loft rooms. staff ate friendly, helpful and available at all times. front desk team is knowlegable and helpful with making reservations to restaurants, spa and shows accross the resort. ”

“We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. Carlos at front desk very helpful too.”

“Who hosted us ( Adrian ) shut out to him. Amazing human being n so was the cleaner lady. Felt like home staying there. So relaxing! Adrian was accomodating. We will see him again in the near future. But if you dont like road noises then this place inst for youd its a boulevard n what do you expect. But didnt have problems about it. I loved the noises cars n all that. You r on vacay so who cares!!”
