“The check in staff were quite cold and unwelcoming. Even my guests noticed it. The room was large which was nice but there was a lot of dust in the room and the shower and bathroom were not well maintained and cleaned. Certainly not worth the price tag I paid for a nice hotel experience.”

“Much improved there seems to be new staff that have trained properly they are courteous and professional.”

“Was a very nice hotel! Our stay was great! Swimming pool and general spaces in the hotel were clean. The waterworks were amazing! Staff were accommodating about ensuring pet free rooms were available for our guest who has asthma Breakfast was plentiful with tons of options, not peanut free though.”
