“The ladies at the front desk when I was checking in were very helpful with directions to OHSU where I was heading the next morning. When I told them that I had to leave earlier than when their breakfast was started, I was offered a to-go breakfast that was waiting for me when I departed. I used to stay at the nearby Holiday Inn Express when I was still working, but the Phoenix was $60 a night cheaper and every bit as nice. Guess that I have a new favorite motel in Albany, Oregon.”

“I had the best stay in Newberg, visiting my family and wanting a little get-away for a couple days. The staff was amazing, the check-in was smooth, they rushed to get my room ready and the front desk person was so warm and friendly. "The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the rooms are very spacious and unique, featuring designer pieces, stylish wallpaper, and rich textures. A wonderful bonus was the complimentary hot drinks available in the morning.The staff is the absolute highlight, incredibly kind and helpful. When we needed a sheets change, they handled it promptly and graciously. The valet parking is also super efficient, run by friendly and quick staff. Tip for future guests: book your parking when reserving the room to save on the standard hotel rate."
