“Although hotel lobby looked a little grubby on arrival, the room was fine, clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows very comfy. Breakfast included and have to say was really good, plentiful and tasty (I just wish they’d avoid using paper plates and plastic cutlery as it’s neither economical or ecological - and feels really cheap). Free car parking and coffee and only short drive to city, the state capitol and shops/eateries.”

“The staff from the start was all about customer service, even the ladies in the breakfast room. The room was large and comfortable. The jacuzzi inside was nice. The hot breakfast was good. "The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the rooms are very spacious and unique, featuring designer pieces, stylish wallpaper, and rich textures. A wonderful bonus was the complimentary hot drinks available in the morning.The staff is the absolute highlight, incredibly kind and helpful. When we needed a sheets change, they handled it promptly and graciously. The valet parking is also super efficient, run by friendly and quick staff. Tip for future guests: book your parking when reserving the room to save on the standard hotel rate."
