“Ottimo e veloce check in. Camera confortevole. Pulizia perfetta.”

“Accidentally left my blanket in the room, noticed about 2 minutes after I had left and was already on the shuttle to the airport. I called them and asked if they could hold it until I got back, the person at the front desk said yes. Got back 4 days later and my blanket was not held. My guess is someone from housekeeping took it.”

“The pool and hot tub looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in forever. Hair kept getting on us. Bandaids and garbage on floors. No pool towels for hours. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. We had dried blood on our ceiling and the smoke detector was covered by a plastic garbage bag. Mysterious stains dripping down walls in entryway of room.”
