“Nice resort closed to Oregon Garden, nice pool and Jacuzzi, close to Silver Park and Wilamette region.Relaxing atmosophere. .”

“I was thoroughly impressed with the facility until I slipped and fell on my elbow and knee while walking back to my room. I promptly alerted the front desk about the water on the floor, but they explained that the floor cleaner occasionally misses some water. Surprisingly, there were no wet floor signs, and they only offered to waive the resort fee. Fortunately, I’m not an elderly person, so I didn’t break a hip or something worse.”

“I checked in at room that has not been cleaned yet. Front desk was very apologetic and got us another room. But sheets had a few strands of hair in it. At this point we had already unpacked and was ready for bed. Too tired to ask for room service. Nice jacuzzi and pool. Breakfast was very nice. Nice “Grand Hotel” **Wish I had booked directly in their website. It was $50 cheaper than what Expedia charged me 🙁”

“It was very decent. Food was good but typical. Room was clean. Bed was uncomfortable, too firm. But to be fair that is only because we are spoiled with a sleep number bed. Staff were very polite and helpful.”
