“I had the best stay in Newberg, visiting my family and wanting a little get-away for a couple days. The staff was amazing, the check-in was smooth, they rushed to get my room ready and the front desk person was so warm and friendly. In the morning I went to the coffee shop downstairs and had the most delicious latte with sea salt and honey, again the staff was incredible, so full of personality and warmth. “Did NOT include breakfast as advertised and even though we were staying nights beginning on a Wednesday , they ended up doubling the room rate by the end of the stay. We thought we were paying one price and ended up paying significantly more. I felt they should have been more transparent with their room rates. Although hotel is lovely we paid an average of $460 a night when the inflated fees were added. We thought it was $300 a night.”
