“The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. ”

“Nachdem wir ankamen, entsprach das Objekt nicht der offiziellem Beschreibung. Kein Backofen, kein Geschirrspüler, kleiner Hotelkühlschrank (für eine Familie zu klein), nicht überall heißes Wasser, etc... Nach kurzer Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin stand am nächsten Tag eine neue, große Samsung Kühl-Gefrierkombination da, ein Backofen wurde neu gekauft, ein neuer Warmwasser-Boiler. Alles war super. Die Vermieterin war bei kleinen Problemen schnell bemüht Abhilfe zu schaffen und stets...

She even gave us the name and contact of a very good transportation agency that helped us get from Cusco to the Sacred Valley. We were amazed by the beauty of her property!
