“Pros: the room was very clean Cons: there is no air conditioning and air circulation at all and even with the window wide open and a fan going all night at the beginning of October, the room was sweltering. Restaurant : took forever, food was raw and had to be sent back, they rebooked and apologized profusely and gave us a reduction on our bill.”

Il bar della struttura apre alle 09:00, quindi non c’è possibilità di fare colazione prima di quell’ora. Sicuramente non vale il prezzo!”

Concierge reached out weeks in advance regarding check-in, met us at the time of our arrival in Zermatt and was great about communication throughout the weekend. “Truly stunning apartment. Fantastic location - just off main-street so quiet but easy to get everywhere. Breakfast in room each day, very nice touch. We couldn't recommend more highly. Will def go back.”

“The room was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room setup was strange with low ceilings in places due to the rafters, the narrowest staircase (with split steps) that I have ever used, and only one window in the door to the small balcony. Skylights were largely covered with snow, and noise from the next room continued until the late evening. Not exactly what I expected, so overall just okay.”
