davvero un boutique hotel , molto carino in ottima posizione , su una piccola scalinata di via Sant Orsola . La stanza singola che ho avuto era piccola ma conteneva tutto il necessario. Ottime le forniture della stanza come l'accappatoio, gli asciugamani cambiati tutti i giorni, la macchinetta per il caffè a acialde, molti gradita anche la bottiglietta di vino locale, anche se a pagamento . Il personale molto gentile e disponibile; magari essendo inverno non avevano molte informazioni su giri turistici; mi hanno però dato molti depliant. La colazione è ottima e abbondante. Essendo un albergo piccolo non ha una vera hall , ma una piccola stanza sopra la stanza della colazione . Arredato con gusto moderno.

Hotel molto gradevole e confortevole
Hotel molto gradevole e confortevole a due passi dal centro e dal porto. Personale molto cordiale e gentile, eccellente la pulizia e la cura dei dettagli. Molto apprezzata la bottiglia di vino di benvenuto così come macchinetta del caffè e bollitore per il the in camera. In bagno non manca nulla: shampoo, balsamo, doccia schiuma,crema corpo, set per rasatura, spazzolino denti e dentifricio inclusi. Letti comodissimi e camera ampia. In poche parole assolutamente raccomandato.

Excellent/wonderful check-in young lady, she was just great. 19 Euro taxi ride from the airport, 30 Euro from hotel back to Airport. Great location, walk to all sites. Great A/C. Great Hot water. Very new and update room and bathroom. Very quiet location. Excellent breakfast. Excellent service. Refrigerator was worthless and never cold. Very nice private patio. Nice quality bed linens. Beautiful hotel! We stayed on the top floor room which had an amazing balcony with a view of the Three Cities. Staff was very attentive and room was clean and spacious and stylish. Very close to the Upper Barrakka Gardens. Convenient location within walking distance of all major spots in the city, but the street itself was quiet. Would definitely recommend =)

Charming and quirky. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast really good value. Bed exceptionally comfortable and I’m a very fussy person re beds! Minor quibble - fridge wasn’t able to keep things v cold in the heat of a Maltese summer.

Excellent hotel in great location
I had a really comfortable stay here, just felt at home. The hotel is pretty trendy, bed was super cozy and the breakfast is delicious. They provided a dressing gown and slippers, and having the nespresso machine in the room was great! They let me check in about 1-2 hours early which was very much appreciated after a 3am start. The location is excellent, around the corner from busy streets and the harbour. Under 10 mins walk to the ferry terminal to Gozo and to the bus terminal. A few doors up there is really fun live music on Fri and Sat nights at a restaurant and its 3 mins walk to Upper Barrakka gardens. Only negatives were that the safe in my room didnt work and wasn’t attended to even after asking a couple of different people to help. They replaced my towels every day which was unnecessary. Watch out for charges, I was charged for some snacks and not others and not for the water.

The staff was wonderful, they left thoughtful touches around the room after every cleaning, and were accommodating to my gluten and lactose intolerance. The breakfast was great: oats, dried fruit, freshly squeezed juice, cold cuts, eggs, sausage, toast, cake, fresh fruit... you name it. The only downside was the terrible water pressure in the shower!

SU29 - nice hotel.
Not a standard hotel, individually designed rooms, different from what I have seen before. Very nice. Enjoyed it very much. Very pleasant people in the reception, good service. It is located in a steep street with steps, so you cannot get to the door with a car. So not convenient for people who have problems to walk (but only a few minutes from car park, bus station and shopping area)

Après avoir réservé une chambre à 150 euros la nuit sur expédia nous arrivons à l’hôtel, et la personne a l’accueil nous dit que suite à une erreur de réservation on nous a attribué une chambre une seul place. Ils ont tous simplement refusé de nous laisser entré dans la chambre car nous étions 2 même en proposant de payer un supplément. L’hôtel était complet et ils n’avaient aucune solution à nous apporter sans jamais vouloir nous laisser les clés de la chambre et en refusant de nous rembourser. Nous avons dû trouver un autre hôtel et donc payer un deuxième séjour. Merci su29

Dear Client, Whilst we do our utmost to help our customers as a Hotel we have to bind with local law and cannot allow two person staying in a single roomed booking. Expedia booking platform will not allow our Patio suite to be booked for Two Pax. Your booking was for one person and two persons showed on check in. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Da das Hotel nur 8 (sehr große) Zimmer hat,ist es sehr gemütlich - und dazu in einem der alten Häuser in der Altstadt! Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Lovely and confusing
We stayed for 4 nights. We found our suite to be aesthetically gorgeous but ergonomically disappointing. There were not enough surfaces to place our personal items beside the bed or by the sink. The lighting in the living area and hall was lovely but you had to choose between having all the bright fixtures on, or none. When we arrived in the room the heat was on and there were no instructions how to operate the A/C. The instructions were wrong for the safety desposit box. The hotel literature, including online, states they have Room Service...there is no room service. Now, On the PLUS side: the beds were extremely comfortable., ALL the Staff are very kind, friendly, and eager to please, and the morning buffet breakfast is one of the best I've ever had . The location is central to all of Valletta. Remember, You must walk up about 35 shallow steps if you arrive by car. Let the hotel book a driver for you from the airport because they know how to access the area and will carry up your luggage. Tip is included, btw, and the charge will be added to your hotel bill. I would stay here again.

Fantastically comfortable bed. Spacious accommodation (we had a suite); layout a little too quirky. Wonderfully helpful staff. Breakfast could be better - plenty of choice, but cooked food not kept warm enough, and eggs always overcooked and hard, and no choice of cooking style - always fried. Steps location required some effort - especially with luggage

Family/Friends visit to Valetta, Malta
The hotel is in very central beautiful area in Valetta. The room was actually studio, with separate bedroom and launge with very big couch (where my son slept), and had balcony. It appears all the rooms are kind of mini studios with different theme. All design-furniture. My friend and her daughter stayed in the apartment in the top floor. Everything in this hotel is perfect! The service was outstanding! I would strongly recommend this hotel!

Good small hotel in downtown Valetta
In general I was quite satisfied with my stay in this hotel. I'd prefer they installed wardrobes in their rooms and provided kettles(instead of coffee making machines). But I suppose they think most of their guests don't care about that. Location is great(near major sightseeings). Several churches are also nearby(sometimes you may be awoken by their bells in the morning). Breakfast is good.. but absolutely typical for small 3-4 star boutique hotels(happily they serve some hot dishes and fresh fruits).
