Stiamo lavorando a una soluzione per gli schizzi d'acqua dal bagno (durante l'uso della doccia) - che sarà funzionale ed esteticamente opportuna. Per quanto riguarda prese d'energia elettrica in bagno; la mancanza di prese è una scelta motivata dalla salvaguardia della sicurezza (minimizzare il rischio di contati d'acqua con elettricità). Hello dear guestThank you for taking time to review our services. It is disappointing to note that the noise issue effected your experience to such degree that you felt we only deserve a 60% score. It is a shame that the offer to change rooms on the first night was not excepted, as this would have definitely given you a different experience.With such a centra location, we are surrounded by city life, and related features/issues. Different people have different thresholds for issues such as noise, and in this case, evidently the noises created at our neighbourhood go beyond your comfort zone.That being clarified, we trust that all other elements of our service offering met your satisfaction.Thank you for having chosen our servicesBest wishesMark

Dear guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion about our product and services. Please allow for a few comments to your affirmations. Indeed, the size of our rooms vary by category, and the dimensions of each room type are displayed on all reservation media - depending on one's desire/requirement for space, it is easy enough to check the room size before making a reservation. It was noted that upon arrival you commented about wishing a larger space - within minutes you were offered a larger room (different category) however, you refused the change. The hotel is indeed in the heart of the city, surrounded by activity. During the evenings there is a vibrant scene and this comes with the relative sounds. Quite rightly, the soundproofing throughout the property can be sometimes uneven however, the room that you were allocated is well insulated and in general terms, guests normally are not disturbed by noise.The affirmation 'breakfast was done on the cheap' is both inaccurate and offensive. The average cost per serving (of our breakfast) is on the higher end of industry standard for a 4 star hotel, and this is due to the quality of the produce. One might wish fore cooked options which are not available, but again, this is explained in the description of the product. In case you have anything to substantiate the reference to 'cheap', we would kindly invite you to elaborate.You also described the property as 'average townhouse conversion hotel' - it is not clear what should be made of that comment. We could give definition of the design elements and bespoke furnishing however, not sure this would be of a contribution to this review.Again, thank you for having stayed with us and for sharing your views.
