Thank you for staying at the British Suites and for your comments. We reported the issue of the lifts to Expedia maybe it can be clearer that we do not have lifts just yet as these will be ready installed around end of June. We understand that it was inconvenient to have the handyman in your room during your stay and sorry for the inconvenience it caused. We do hope that you had a good trip in Malta and do hope that the hotel provides you a better service next time.

We can understand that the stairs are not convenient, it is an old building and therefore limited to modifications. Yet, we did the best we can and as from next year we will be able to offer guests less stairs. It is good to mention that we do mention online on Expedia that we do not have lifts, we are sorry you missed this. The tub would need 30 minutes to heat, assistance could have been offered upon request. The beds should have had a 10cm topper to offer double bed comfort. Should you visit Valletta again, please feel free to speak to our Management as we would be glad to host you again.
