**IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**

- Environmental Contribution: The government has introduced an Environmental Contribution on all types of accommodation, effective since June 20th, 2016. This contribution, amounting to €0.50 per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands, is applicable to tourists aged 18 and above, regardless of nationality.

- Ants Alert: During the warmer seasons, ants may be a common issue on the island. We provide ant traps and repellent spray, which are usually effective, but anticipate encountering some ants during your trip.

- House Rules: - No smoking or pets allowed. - Strictly no parties or loud noises. Please respect our neighbors by minimizing noise when entering or leaving the flat, especially after 11 PM. - Visitors are not permitted without prior written approval to comply with police regulations.

- Cleaning and Other Charges: - The final cleaning fee covers general check-out cleaning. Please maintain cleanliness and tidiness, particularly in the kitchen. Additional charges may apply if the place is left untidy or if dirty dishes and garbage are left behind. - Lost keys or lockouts: €100 per key set for replacement.

- For stays exceeding 30 days, clients are responsible for utility bills on top of the agreed rental fee, based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.

- Please be considerate of the neighbors and maintain the cleanliness of shared spaces, including the elevator and stairways.

- Check-in time is from 3pm to Midnight with self check-in. Guest are required to fill their info on a secure link

1) faults caused by third-party providers (WiFi, water, gas, electricity);

2) sudden faults in appliances such as the air conditioner, heating, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cooker, and television, which are subject to wear and tear and may not function during your stay. While we ensure these appliances are in working order upon your arrival and will do our best to rectify any issues that arise, we cannot be held responsible if spare parts are unavailable or specialized contractors are not immediately available;

3) noises caused by neighbors, construction sites, or anything not directly related to the property itself.
