The air vents all had black mold specs and constant condensation dripping, even with the fan to auto only. The walls had peeled paint and holes. There were pills and q-tips swept under the couch. Roaches outside attracted to the trash and drain lines that pump out into the parking lot. The balcony door could hardly be opened it was so seized up. The...

From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome, explained everything in detail, and made sure we had all the information we needed. Throughout our stay, he checked in to ensure everything was going well and that we were comfortable.”

“The resort itself is beautiful. If you’re going to charge $1600 for a condo, I would think it would be a lot cleaner. We found dirty panties right next to the bed, the refrigerator had old food all over it, pots and pans were dirty, no extra towels, no pillows for the pull out couch; just wished the room was a little cleaner. Besides that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with what they could offer. Bar good drinks , nice prices and the entertainment by the pool was fun.”
