“10 out of 10 stay! Every employee was absolutely incredible. They made you feel valued, cared for, and took the time to speak to you. The room, lobby, breakfast area, and the hallways were clean and smelled amazing. It is in a great location with a short 10 minute drive to the beach. The entire weekend we felt appreciated, safe, and full of joy. Thank you for a fantastic stay. We can’t wait to visit again!”

“The room was very clean, breakfast was good. Hotel was very clean overall. A/C works great! TV lots of channels bug, and very clear. We did not like the water pressure in the shower and water was not hot. Parking was good. Our overall stay was great! Would stay again.....”

“If you are on a SUPER tight budget and just needing a place to sleep, this works. It will only work for that reason alone. Be prepared for 0 service at any level. No one is ever at the front desk, you will take your own trash out, you will search high and low for someone to bring you clean towels and toilet paper. The room did smell like it had recently been flooded but cleared out eventually. This is a last resort place.”

“Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...

“The walls were very dirty in this particular villa. The carpets were not clean and very dirty. The bath mats were dirty in the bathroom and didn't look like they had been washed. The middle bedroom with the queen beds- the bed closest to the wall was cracked underneath the mattress. There was no upkeep in this villa. “Our family stays at the Kingston Plantation every time we travel to Myrtle Beach. This particular unit we stayed in Royal Palms RM 2006P wasn't equipped like the ones in the past. Not big issues but something you expect to have given you spent a few thousand on a room. No paper towels, only 1 roll of TP in each bathroom. And the bathroom that my sons used the door knob latch that keeps the door closed and locked was missing. So there was no way of keeping the door shut without putting...
