Vacanze Valley Falls

We were at the property for two nights. When we got our room it didn’t appear that the a/c was working very well. I turned it down as we like a cold room as we sleep. I could tell it wasn’t getting any cooler but it was late at night so we stayed in the room until morning. When we got up I went down to the front desk and explained the situation. The person at the front desk suggested something I could try to see if the issue could be resolved. I did what he said and we left for a couple hours. Came back and it still wasn’t working right. So I went back to the front desk and requested another room for the second night and they cheerfully helped get us into another room. Besides the a/c issue the place was great. Rooms were clean. The property was well kept. The breakfast was above average.

This hotel is great and the price was definitely worth it. My only problem was that I didn’t have connections in my room for my devices. It’s critical to stay charged up and the rooms need to be updated to handle that. Otherwise, when I’m in the KC area (on the east side of the city) this is the place where I plan to stay.
