“Sheets and towels had stains in them. Smelled all chemicals ”

“Significant construction- there was drywall dust everywehere. There was no mention of extensive construction prior to booking. Room - the bedding was clean. The bed was comfortable. The outlet for one side of bed was missing (the other nightstand had it). The window had so much calcium build up on the exterior that you couldnt see out. In the shower, the caulking had come up in one area and you could see the mildew/mold. The entire bathroom smelled of mildew. The shower doors, when fully...

“We go every other weekend to Topeka now we don’t have to do the work looking for a nice place. From now on this is going to be our first place to stay. Love it.”

“The hotel was functional. The staff were never at the front desk though, you had to call them to get someone to help. The breakfast was also very empty. I came down at 7am (breakfast was 6-9) on Saturday morning and I was the only person down there. However, the only options were 6 sausage patties, 3 biscuits, or half a pan of runny eggs. There was a machine for waffles as well. That would be my only major place of improvement would be the breakfast and the staff could have been more attentive....

“The staff was very friendly. My initial room, a lot of the lights didn't work, the bathtub enamel was flacking off in chunks and the bathtub facet was constantly dripping water. Upon bringing these issues up the the front desk, he was able to provide us with another room. The back side door that has a key access, wasn't working, so it was unlock, so just anyone could have walked in. There were some mattresses and bed frames just lying around in a grassy area. ”

“Staff was nice however it was absolutely filthy. The room smelled of cigarettes and homeless people, nothing was wiped down, stains everywhere, hairs in the bed, cigarette burns/holes everywhere, and the toilet moves when you sit ”

“You need to take this property off your site!!! We did not even check in. The place looked like a crack motel, with people renting weekly. The building from the outside was falling apart with boards holding up the 2nd floor walkway( i have pics). Since all the rooms were booked in Topeka KS we had to go 50 miles away to find an adequate hotel. I would like a refund, but you must take this property off of your site.”
