  • Vieni a stare al Ranch C5 !!!!!
    Questa bella casa di campagna con 5 camere da letto si estende su 30 acri coperti da grandi alberi di quercia. Perfetto per una famiglia numerosa, gruppi, riunioni, matrimoni, escursioni, pesca (i livelli dell'acqua variano a causa della pioggia), osservazione della fauna selvatica, nuoto, quad, ecc. È veramente una bellissima vacanza. A pochi minuti dal famoso mercato di Magnolia e dalla Baylor University. Il ranch C5 ha mangiatoie per cervi che lavorano tutto l'anno e ha una grande quantità di cervi dalla coda bianca. Sedersi nella sala da pranzo o sulla veranda e guardare i cervi la mattina e la sera. Un grande campo da basket con 2 obiettivi regolabili, piscina e sentieri escursionistici è la vacanza perfetta per i bambini a giocare e godersi il loro soggiorno pure.

    Con 3 diverse griglie per barbecue offerte nel ranch C5, è possibile grigliare a bordo piscina o nella zona cucina esterna coperta. Un negozio di alimentari è meno di 10 minuti se si sceglie di mangiare. Visita McGregor Tx (meno di 10 miglia) per i ristoranti TX della piccola città, o Waco è a circa 15 miglia con una pletora di negozi, cibo e intrattenimento.

Great for big groups

We had such a good time at this location. There are so many things to do and plenty of room to move around. Overall a great property and would definitely stay here again!

So Peaceful!

We had such a great time at Jon & Jessica's property! It is such a peaceful area outside of town. The pool and basketball court were perfect for our crew! Loved our stay, would highly recommend.

Had a great stay here with my family and friends. Our small triathlon team was in town for the Waco 70.3 race, and the house and property were perfect for our group, felt private, comfortable and easy! thank you!

Great house - plenty of space to accommodate our group of 12 people. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking our meals. We wished the ping pong table wasn’t broken. We enjoyed visiting with the friendly outdoor cat.

Fun filled weekend

It’s beautiful and very roomy. Grandchildren in their twenties loved the basketball court and pool enjoyed the ping pong table The outside cooking area was awesome. We had a great visit with the family and didn’t feel crowded at all.

Very spacious

What a great house! Lots of living space for a good sized group. We had family and friends, 16 of us to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Baylor. The only think to know is that it is 30 minutes away from Waco.

Girls weekend

Large house with lots of bedrooms ( no bunk beds) that suited 14 ladies ranging in age from the 20’s to the 70’s. The owner is VERY responsive. It is a country house that is casual. Wonderfully spacious dining room was great for meals, crafts, and late night chats. We had a wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay while visiting Waco for my daughter’s graduation! With a group of 12 family members spanning multiple generations, finding a home that was spacious, comfortable, and welcoming for everyone was so important—and this property exceeded our expectations.The house is beautiful and well-appointed without feeling overly formal. It truly felt like a home where we could relax, make memories, and let the kids be kids. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house was stocked with every amenity we could have needed during our stay.There are 30 acres to explore with beautiful scenery. The outdoor space was a highlight for our family. The pool and hot tub were spectacular! We spent our days grilling, celebrating by the pool, and making memories together. In the evenings, we gathered around the table for card games that seemed to go on for hours.As wonderful as the property was, the hosts were the real standout. Jon and Jessica were kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure our stay was perfect. Every question was answered quickly, and they went above and beyond our expectations in every way. They also allowed us to decorate around the pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special milestone with our family. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly home with amazing hosts, this is it. We will absolutely stay here again!

Large Group Meeting

Centrally located for our Sales retreat and meeting this was ideal for the 10 of us in the group. Lots of parking Jon checking in on us the first evening and made sure we were ok! Outside Waco but close enough if something was needed. The pool was a plus with the weather being Texas hot summer. Thanks for everything!

Christmas trip

It was easy to find easy to check in the kids are disappointed. The ping-pong tables were broken. The outside kitchen was trash in the bin. The refrigerator had mold in it. It could’ve been a little cleaner. We enjoyed our stay.

Family getaway for 75th Birthday

We had a family gathering for a 75th birthday. We had a great time swimming and hanging out around the pool. There is a lot of space to accommodate large families. Beds were very comfortable! Master bath is wonderful! Jon came by to meet us and showed us how to use the hot tub. We had a situation with a grease fire while grilling burgers. Jon was very kind and a class act. The Collins are good people and you will be in good hands! Rent this property!

Comfy home but needs updates

The house is beautiful but could use some updates. Breakfast nook bench was all worn out. The upstairs bedroom had an artic cooling system that kept shutting down during the night.. It needed to be unplugged and plugged back in. Other issues too toework.

Winning experience!

We stayed in the owner's lovely home during the Waco Ironman race and it was a wonderful experience. The homeowner was very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and hiking the property. The chickens were fun to watch in the morning and we were the lucky recipients of some fresh eggs. We really enjoyed our stay and the house must have been lucky because my husband qualified for the World Championship in St. George, Utah. Thanks Jon for being a great host.

This place is an Amazing Get away

Me and some friends were looking for a quick get away from Dallas to celebrate the New Year holiday. This was the perfect place. The house is simply stunning. Our group was just adults. It’s very private and secure. We felt like we’re at a resort. The house is very spacious. We hiked to the lake. Sat outside on the outdoor patio Kitchen area played cards, laughing and just enjoying everyone’s company. Jon and his wife are just the best people you’d ever want to meet very gracious hosts. They met us with the warmest welcome, gave us a tour and background on the property, and left us to just enjoy the beauty of the ranch. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable there’s plenty of bathrooms and dinning enough for 12. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Jon and Joanne!

45th birthday getaway

Great please to get away from the city especially if you have children with you. There was plenty to do for our teens and they never got bored. From swimming in the pool, hiking the river, searching for fossils along the river, viewing the deer and even the neighbors huge ferral hogs...we didn't even have to leave to be entertained. Jessica and Jon met us upon our arrival to give us the tour of their beautiful home. They were very hospitable and responsive to any questions we may have had and even took the kids out to collects eggs from the chicken coop. We collected over 2 dozen eggs! We hope to come back again!

Baylor Graduation Weekend!

Jon and Jessica were great! They met us upon our arrival to their home and brought us water and had fresh eggs from their chickens. Jessica even made signs to congratulate my daughter on her graduation! Such a thoughtful thing to do! Their home is beautiful and was the perfect size for our family. The house is in a great location, easy to drive to Waco, Dallas and Fort Worth. We really felt at home and enjoyed our stay. If we go to Texas again, we will look to rent from Jon and Jessica! We started out as strangers and left as friends! <3

Wedding Weekend

We didn't know how we were going to celebrate our marriage with COVID, but I'm SO glad that we decided to have it here. It was a beautiful ceremony and we got some absolutely incredible photos out on the bluffs. It was very nice being able to spend the whole weekend here with our friends and family. The house is amazing and there was so much to do! The owners were absolutely wonderful to work with too. 10/10 would recommend!
