“Yes all great for a low price my grandson's had tournaments the weekend at Parsons sports ranch 20min away the view was nice there & back 40 min to Waco”

“Fresh paint but pretty rundown. Rust on refrigerator, TV did not work, front desk said had no control over tvs and could only submit trouble ticket. Breakfast room filled with illegals- didn’t feel safe”

“Wonderful hotel with walking distance to nearby restaurants. Gym and pool area were nice. Breakfast was nice as well. The only complaint was that we were on the 2nd floor and there was a group of young adults or teenagers above us and they were very loud late into the evening.”

“I was most displeased with the efforts made by housekeeping. I’m not fully aware of the standards at this property, but while I’d find a made bed and fresh towels I was surprised to see the floors and bathroom were never cleaned. ”
