“Nice staff and great accommodations”

“The place was filthy. No place for my dog to potty. There was filth in the bathroom especially. The parking area was good. I repeatedly asked the staff to clean my room. When I arrived I entered the elevator and the door had bad stuff on the door. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasn’t available. Ever. “Towel rack fell off the wall just as i touched it. Room was large. I did not use any of the amenities, I just stayed the night and left the next morning. Breakfast was not special but it was ok.”

“This was our first time staying at a Tru. The room was large with lots of space but there was only one rolling chair and no other chairs to sit on. The beds were platform beds so they were only so-so on comfort and my wife and I both woke up stiff. The bathroom was clean and spacious, but the tub was very slick and slippery.
