“Nice breakfast , but needed more attention on low remaining portions 1hr before end time . Thin bacon was all that was left with no eggs , the biscuits were dry and gravy tasted nasty . Thank goodness for French vanilla creamers ”

“The sofa bed seriously needs to be changed out with a new mattress or a better quality sofa bed. We couldn’t even use the sofa bed because you can feel the wires because the mattress was so thin. My son slept on the floor that night. The ironing board was missing from the unit and when the staff brought us one it was broken. The screw bolt that holds the legs together was missing.
