“The staff that cleaned my room were very efficient and they were very curious. The grounds outside could use a bit more cleaning from cigarette butts. But over all it is a good hotel and desk staff very friendly.”

“Rooms were clean and staff was nice. Our issue was we payed cash and our card was also charged. When I called to let them know I was informed they were already aware and the manager was reimbursing our card. That was Saturday. I have them through the holiday and still no money has been returned as of Wednesday night. I have tried calling hotel several times and I am not getting any answer or the line will be disconnected at times. Definitely will be aware next time we go through this area.”

“Hotel is right off of the Interstate near Baylor University. If you are attending an event at Baylor this should be your go to hotel. Breakfast was really good and the room was perfect. No noise from the interstate so you don't have to worry about that. Staff was very freindly.”

“Not only are the rooms consistently moldy, which will affect anyone’s help, especially if you have asthma… You may find the bathrooms, barely cleaned or mold and mildew around the tub and then if you need help, then you need to move to a different room you’ll be treated badly by people like RUBY and I even lost a full night stay after the night guy said I could move to a clean room and then Ruby said I could move and then she freaked out on me when I came back to move and was verbal and attacked...

“When I arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. Fresh cookies were available and honors program was offered. The room was clean and comfortable, as well as pleasing to the eye. The pool and hot tub area were clean and welcoming. I did not have breakfast but it appeared to be well liked by the many patrons in the dining area. Although my party only stayed one night, I would stay again given the chance, and recommended others to stay here as well. ”

“Yes but it was broken busted, bugs can get in from outside. No the floor was filthy dirty not been mopped. Then when I wipe up water from tub the floor were very dirty. Turn my white socks very dirty., may not be able to even bleach them. Need weather stripping, and a lot of repair that were previously damaged, I took pictures of all so I not be blamed.... There's more I should have been charged for the stay at all .. should of had a free night... More but I'm tired didn't sleep at all ... They...
