“Even though we needed the shuttle at 11:45 PM (it stopped at 12) - they still sent someone for us! 🙌 Art greeted us like it was 8 AM and not after Midnight - shared the deets and got us to our room in a timely fashion. Beds were comfy and Breakfast was delish!! ”

“We were on a four night stay, After the second night we asked for a replenishment of coffee and towels. I expressed my belief that the room should be furnished with coffee daily. The host was cooperative and offered to comp one nights parking which I felt was acceptable. That didn't happen, we were not compensated one nights parking. Also, on the days the coffee WAS replenished, no sugar, creamer or stir sticks were supplied. ”
