“INCONSIDERATE STAFF - other stays have been enjoyable this one was deplorable. The staff doesn’t care about your $400 vacation. We arrived on Friday night and unbeknownst to us we were put directly under the rooms being renovated on the second floor. Saturday morning, when the constant hammering began, we understood and left the room we paid for, until 4.30. “At first glance, the hotel is modern and newer. Once I got to the room, I was not satisfied with the dirty surfaces. The kitchen sink had grime around the faucet and drain area. The bathroom door looked very dirty and did not get wiped. There was a smear of fresh looking makeup on there. The bathroom door and ceiling paint is peeling already. Poor obvious spackling on ceiling with paint not matching and sanding not done. The shower floor and shelves were dirty with black dirt and fuzz residue....
